There are nearly 200 countries around the world, and each is full of fascinating cities. Whether cities are so large that tens of millions of people live there, or so small that they don't even have their own airport, each has its own unique personality. Food and culture can vary greatly from city to city, even in a very small country. On earth, there are large global megacities like Tokyo, which is known for its futuristic towers and tiny apartments, and tiny towns like Hood River in Oregon, where less than 10,000 people live at the feet of a majestic mountain.  

As there are so many cities on earth, it can be hard to remember them all. What makes it more difficult is that some countries even have cities with the same names as cities in other countries.
