If there's one thing the world's young (and not-so-young) adults can't get enough of, it's dystopian novels. Readers just seem to have a soft spot for teenagers fighting to the death in a post-apocalyptic society. Take Divergent as an example. Fiction fanatics devoured the first book in the trilogy almost as soon as it hit shelves back in 2011. As a refresher (or in case you've never read the series yourself), the characters in Divergent are living in the ruins of Chicago and working to rebuild society. In the hopes of a more organized (read: easily controllable) existence, the population is divided into factions based on their personalities. The law requires all 16-year-olds to take an aptitude test to determine which of the five factions they are best suited to join. The factions are Abnegation, Amity, Candor, Dauntless and Erudite.
